Do I have the right to cancel my order?
From the moment the order is received, our customers have 14 days to cancel the order. In the case that you want to exercise this right, the first thing you must do is to communicate your withdrawal to us at the e-mail address email@example.com. You must go to the post office and assume the costs of shipping to our warehouse address (Calle Gremio de los Canteros 17 nave 6, Cp 40195, Hontoria (Segovia)). Remember that the product must be as it was received, and that the reimbursement of the order can take 10 days since we receive the order.
What do I do if the order arrives faulty?
If the product arrives to your shipping address with some kind of defect, you will have to communicate the incident to us via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org), including photos of the product and the invoice. We will confirm the incident with you. From then on, we will send you a bonus with a 10% discount for the next purchase, and we will send you the order again so you can enjoy our products.
What do I do if what I have not received is what was there?
As in the previous case, you must inform us of the incident via e-mail (email@example.com), and our logistics company will pick up the order at your delivery address without you having to assume any cost. We ask you to check the delivery note left by the carrier, so that we can verify the error in the order. After we receive the communication, we will proceed to send you again the correct order, with a 10% discount voucher for your next purchase.
